Just Dance

Fridays are always the longest days of the week. I start my day at 8am and have dance class from 1-5pm.Today, we all blew off some steam and had some fun taking pictures and striking some danceresque (?) poses. Happy Friday :)

School Dayz

My roommate and I live in a nice apartment off campus. Getting dressed in the morning is somehow more motivating than living on campus. I know I have to travel at least 20 minutes to get to school and I do not want to show up in a hoodie and pajama pants. A good outfit solidifies the fact that my day has started and gives me that jumpstart on the day...along with my daily two cups of coffee every morning.

Chocolate Chip Brownies

Tonight, for the first time in a month I didn't have Opera practice. I didn't know what to do with myself so after laying in bed watching movies and catching up on Tv shows, I tore myself from my bed and decided to go for a run. After my run, I sat in the sauna enjoying the relaxing heat. By the time I got back to my apartment I was on a role. I decided to conjure up a special treat for my roommates... and decided on my Dad's famous chocolate chip brownies. They are made totally from scratch and filled the apartment with the homiest aroma! After I took them out of the oven and let them cool a little bit, we dug in. I poured myself a big glass of Almond Milk and dipped my chocolate chip brownie in. DELICIOUS! Nothing like some old school baking to cheer up your day.

Autumn Changes

I live in the Bay Area, as of right now and it is finally getting cold. Last week was filled with days that felt like they were stolen from July. Today, it is fall. Autumn has begun and my outfits have changed drastically. I realize my winter wardrobe is insufficient after trying on a million things this morning. Here are a few items on my winter wish list:
